Helen Yoest is the Executive Director of Bee Better Naturally with Helen Yoest. Located in Raleigh, NC, Ms. Yoest is a frequent speaker at botanical gardens, horticultural society, Master Gardener groups, as well as garden clubs. Helen is also a regular radio and television guest.

As a NC non-profit (501)(C)(3), we must charge for our speaking to keep our foundation operating. Bee Better Naturally with Helen Yoest helps homeowners build better backyards for birds, bees, and butterflies. We want to help you save your environment, one garden at a time. Bee Better’s illustrated powerpoint lectures are generally 50 minutes to 1 hour long.

— North Carolina within 100 miles from Raleigh: $500 plus travel, lodging, and per diem
— North Carolina beyond 100 miles from Raleigh: $750.00
— Other venues requiring air travel from Raleigh: $1,500 plus travel, lodging, and per diem
— Adding a 2nd presentation on the same day: $500.

CONSULTATIONS

Helen Yoest consults all along the Mid-Atlantic region, from Maryland to Georgia. Ms. Yoest’s fee is $150.00 per hour, including travel time and mileage. If the visit requires an overnight stay, lodging and per diem are required.

PLANT SHOPPING/SELECTION/PLACEMENT

When needing to shop through our wholesale accounts, Helen can plant shop, select, and place plants in your garden. The fee for this service is $75.00 plus mileage.
